30 Years' Experience in the NHS
Quality Health works for NHS patients in all parts of the UK, whether they are treated in NHS hospitals, community services, in primary care, by mental health services, or by independent providers. Quality Health is the largest provider of patient and staff surveys to the NHS, and also works for patients and staff in hospitals in the Middle East.
Before the national survey programme started in 2002, Quality Health had already worked for 120 Acute Hospital, Community, and Mental Health Trusts in the NHS covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Approved National Contractor Status
Quality Health is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) approved national contractor and works for 360 Trusts throughout England on the National Patient and Staff Surveys.
We are also an approved contractor for the Better Together Patient Survey programme undertaken by the Scottish Government, working for 10 of the 15 geographic Health Boards in Scotland and running the Scottish NHS staff survey for every Health Board.
Our work covers all types of Provider and Commissioner organisations - Foundation Trusts, Acute Hospitals, Specialist Acute Trusts, PCTs, Mental Health Trusts, Ambulance Trusts, SHAs, and National Organisations such as NHS Direct, the NHS Information Centre, and NHSBT - every part of the NHS.
